Hello again! I’ve missed you all! I took a break to re-write my book, Cooking For Love, For Brides, and I’m now getting into the Edit phase. I’ve been doing videos with the Mindful Living Network with my dear friend Dr. Kathleen Hall since last fall.

I’ll start with set shots from our Valentine’s Day shoot so you can see some of our set design ideas up close. Now I’ve got enough content to start posting again once a week.

My focus has changed slightly than what I wrote about before. Now I will be posting very simple recipes that are extremely healthy, simple, and great for relationships! Either they are healing or celebratory.

I’ve got beautiful pictures and videos and soon I’ll have my book for release.
